Fitness For the Whole You.
Fit Club is a community of women focused on fitness for their bodies as well as their spirits. We are creating an atmosphere of camaraderie, accountability and new experiences!
Curious about rock climbing, but nervous about trying it with strangers - Fit Club is for you! Heard good things about acupuncture but not sure where to start - Fit Club can help you out. With Fit Club, you are in control of your own fitness and wellness choices. Do what you like (from line dancing and meditation to swimming and massages)! We want to hear it! We want to support you and we may even join you! We'll also introduce you to new activities and wellness practices. We'll do this in the comfort of our group allowing you to meet local practitioners, observe what they do and possibly even give it a try.
We all know the importance of consistent and continued physical workouts. Fit Club applies that idea to taking care of ourselves emotionally as well as spiritually - giving balance to your fitness and wellness plan. Along with balance - you'll experience accountability and that nudge to keep going. And, of course, we'll have fun in a community of like-minded women with similar goals, similar struggles - all taking care of ourselves, our whole selves!
