About

Like many, I've searched for my passion. And, like many, I settled into one career, and then another. I managed to connect with elements of my work and at times felt fulfilled in my growth and accomplishments there. However, I always knew there was something else for me to do. 

I discovered coaching in a leadership training in 2001 while in my career as an interactive project manager. I found I left the trainings more energized than when I'd arrived and I developed great excitement about coaching. I started my 2½ yearlong training with Coach U in 2002, just as my husband and I got pregnant with our first child. I don’t believe in coincidence, and it has been a very meaningful union as both coaching and parenting really inform and inspire the other. I learn so much about parenting through my coach training and practice, and I learn equally as much about coaching from my children and role as a mom.

My days are now filled with being a mama to my two boys and being a coach to the wonderful clients I am privileged to work with. I surround myself with incredible learning opportunities. I am inspired regularly by my clients as well as by my coaching peers.
